After the loss of two children thirteen years apart, Amanda Wilkinson began asking a deeper question:
How do people rebuild their capacity for life, leadership, and contribution after profound loss?
Grief doesn’t only affect the heart. It alters sleep, energy, focus, the nervous system, and our ability to lead and engage with life.
Through research, lived experience, and decades of leadership work in global advocacy and interfaith collaboration, Amanda developed the From Loss to Leadership framework — a practical approach that helps individuals and organizations restore capacity, resilience, and purpose after adversity.
